Bone & Muscle problems

I have been prescribed by my Doctor that I need to take 7 arachitol 6l injection to uprise my Vitamin D which is 16.93 ng/ml as per my latest tests. Now I am confused wheather I have to take these injections everyday, alternate days or once in week. Can anyone advise me as per my test result how should I keep the interval between these injections.

I feel mucles and joints pain in morning ,when I  enhale I feel pain in neck and back,feel fatigueness also.
