Hi dr I'm having a little severe pain below my knees on the back of leg muscle in both and sometimes one leg It most commonly happens at night Sometimes continues to morning The pain is dull and irritating Started happening frequently this week Used to happen to me in 2019 No medical history No other health issues Is this serious Related to any health condition. ? Pls help I'm scared My legs get wet In rain other than that I wear wind jacket up to knees Is it because of getting wet daily pls help

I had a fracture of three metatarsals on my right foot on 30th june...had normal back slab plaster as swelling was there. Now the swelling has decreased. Should I go for xrays and plaster again...I took 1000mg calcium, till now...what medicines and food should I take...
