Take rest ..let the swelling subside Use knee brace for two weeks Take mri of knee after the swelling subsides Or meet any orthopedician near you to rule out ligament injuries

Hi, No need to go for complete bed rest now, Please do local icing three to four times a day (5-10 minutes per session) to reduce the swelling. Start physiotherapy- knee pushes and ROM exercises ( can consult a physiotherapist for guidance) Once the pain and swelling settles plan to get a MRI of knee or meet nearby orthopaedic doctor
