After doing abdomen crunches ..my right side neck has been pulled out..i feel constant mild pressure on the right side neck. Will the pulled out muscle go back to it's position?

Sir which is better muscle relaxtant ? etoshine mr or baclonip ? pls tell me which is more effective?

I've been having sciatica nerve pain which starts near my left hip and radiates down my leg. The pain has decreased significantly but it's not 100% cured. Whenever I sit or stand continuously for 1 hour the pain gets worse. CAN THE SCIATICA BE CURED COMPLETELY?

Feldown and got injury in spine on 8th June. Got X-Ray, MRI & CT don. One 5mm crack detected "Burst fracture of D12 vertical body w5mm retropulsion of upper half causing indentation upon the thermal sac associated with marrow oedema" No problem with lower limbs. Pain reduced. No pain killer for last 1 month. Request, future treatment or precaution required. Using fully back support belt, for toilet or walking. Please suggest.

Hi I am having right shoulder pain from last 10 days. The situation is worst when I wake up in morning and in day time it becomes nrmlly lesser but feeling is always there. Now from shoulder the pain coming to my right arm and to hand as well. Please suggest should I consult the doctor immediately or it can be relieved by exercise or physiotherapy like things. I had osteotomy of right knee on 2nd of July.Now it have been 7 weeks of posts surgery of my bed rest. Doctors have not removed hardware from my bones .Today I am feeling very itching sensation on my right leg What are the causes of it.Should I worry?

Right hand 2nd metacarpal head fracture due to fall of heavy object. Plaster was applied on 27 March 2021 and removed on 29 April 2021. There is still stiffness and looks like deformed finger. Can it be healed again as it was like first?

Helo. Night I slept nicely. But morning after I woke up I can't walk properly up to 7 to 8 steps. I will get foot pain after woke up. And some times I will get arms 🖐✋pains. Why like that?? Is this normal?

Sir/ma'am My father aged 68 , diabetic had an injury from activa (scooter) iron stand. There is no cut or bleeding but the leg is swelled up. No difficulty as such in walking or day to day activities but on touch it's painful. I have attached photograph for your reference for injured foot and non injured foot
