Bone & Muscle problems

I'm having a dull ache in my inner scapular area but no restriction in shoulder movements. The area feels a bit sore when I touch it. Please suggestions to deal with it

First time his shoulder was dislocated in 2016 during an accident. Then in 2017 while dancing, and then in 2019 while picking something (not heavy). Recently his shoulder was dislocated in april'21 while he was working on laptop. Would it be wise to get a MIR of his shoulder first and then consulate a doctor regarding same to know better cause.

If i sit for longer time my right leg pains and mild swelling on ankle.. It's from years earlier it happens rarely now it happens frequently.. And swelling on ankle I saw recently... What it could be?

This problem I am facing since 1 month after I fell down from 2 feet height on the support of mt lower back. After that my hip joint lower bone pains when I sit. I consulted one doctor as per him it will take months to get improve. Please suggest how can I get relief.

My ankle was twisted a month back and had swelling with no pain so consulted doctor and xray was done..as per doctor no fracture n its ligament tear...I was on cast for 21 days which ended on 17 September 2021 however even now if I walk my ankle swelling up and pain on my leg and discomfort while walking...picture attached (today's pic)..is it anythng major wrong with my ankle  should I go for futher test and take second opinion or is it normal after cast removal and ignore it...kindly advise further

From last 2 month I am suffering from both knee joints pain and burning 🔥 pain in leg bone both side symmetrical, I have consulted two rheumatologist but still my illness not diagnosed , All test are normal ENA PROFILE ANA ANTI CCP ANTI TTG Ra factor HLAB27 ESR CRP CPK LFT BS H1BAC TSH PROFILE KNEE X RAY Vitamin d 19.5 Vitamin b12 485 Now doctor prescribed triple phase whole body bone scan , I want to know about the test If all test are negative still can be chance of arthritis

Hi, I'm a 62 years old and have been diagnosed with osteoporosis. I brisk walk 5 times a week and have been taking diabetes Medicine daily and calciferol sachet once a week and shellcal ct  thrice a week. Yet I have been diagnosed with osteoporosis. 1.Which doctor should I consult for osteoporosis treatment? 2.And are there any type of exercises I should do or should I continue brisk walk only? 3.I'm a vegetarian. Are they any specific foods that I should include in my diet?

In how much time I can expect to be pain free after L5 S1 disc herniation. It was a minor disc herniation but I had mild pain radiating down my left leg. This happened to me in July 2021 and I have been doing physiotherapy sessions regularly since last month. 80% of my pain is gone but it comes back when I over exert my body my sitting or standing for too long. WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO BE PAIN FREE? Also, is epidural steroid injection safe option if pain doesn't get better in 2-3 months? Regards

Hi. Am 34,female. Past few months i have a heavy back pain. Am not able to stand and do any work continuously. I suddenly get a deep breath in pain. Lower back is paining a lot. Not able to bend and do any work. Kindly guide me.. Thank u.
