Crepitus problem
There is a popping crunching sound coming from Only one leg it has been more than a month now what should there also a little bearable pain what should I do I do think I have crepitus

There may be softening of your cartilage known as chondromalacia. Wear and tear is unlikely at your age as you are 13 years old. Take vit d supplements. Avoid jumping/ running/ squatting. Hi...these crepitus sound usually comes due to wear and tear changes in the cartilage. You need to start some excercises and some suppliment...you will definitely get good results...proper excercise is the key thing...just visit once so that we can understand exact problem and will help you in best possible way..
