Hear some sound from leg joints
Hi, I am getting some sound from leg joints and it is very loud. Can anyone please suggest what is wrong and what has to be done? Any recommendation of a doctor who works for patients.

If sounds are coming that means the muscles supporting your knee joint is weak.... Especially VMO...only exercise will help you..do squats, leg press , stretching of hamstring
