I have pain over 3 months and I have also visited a orthopedist and he said it is normal and might be some sort of growing stretch pain and also suggested mysopas med ,how ever the pain reduced but now it came back to same ,I have no problem in any movement but when I lie down on my chest and stretch my chest back ,my lower back pains .please suggest what can I do ,home remedies will also work.

It's been three months first it started with my head ache and it didn't get better for three days so I took painkillers and tied a cloth in my head and went to sleep next morning my left side neck and head started to pain thumbing dull pain ,I went to neurologist and took medicine he thought it was migraine and infection but it didn't get any better then  it also started in my left shoulder.I went to orthopaedic doctor he told me it's due to posture and told me to get physiotherapy ,the pain reduced but not fully diagnosed ,my head used to feel pressure when I lie down so much pressure like  something is pushing from above ,I got ct scan it was normal ,x ray of neck ,ribs were normal , ultrasound was also normal.then I went to a physician he told me my vitamin d is low and prescribed me medication it's got better but now when I sleep straight in my back my neck hurts all night when I get up in morning and do exercise is again normal I cannot keep my head up for more than 2 - 3

While lifting weight in gym I hit my lower back since then i am in pain. Seems to be not that major aa I'm able to bend twist and not much pain while sitting but still feel uneasy. Is it slip disc or something serious?

Hi Doctors, Meet accident 8 months back had 8 stitches to right knee. No pain pain since 6 months. Hi, I have left knee pain from 3 months ( pain while climbing stairs, can't sit in vajrasana). I felt better with voveran sr 75 for few days  but after physiotherapy excercise it used to  pain again. So stopped excercise. it can't take much pressure/weight. I Can walk with slow speed. I have osteoporosis told by doctor recently and started medication from 3 days.  Caldikind plus once daily suggested for 3 months. I am taking regular vit d uprise  60k monthly. My latest blood tests is vit d is 32. Calcium is 10. B12 is 500. My query  is will taking calcium supplement daily will increase calcium levels higher, as my calcium is already 10. ? Can uprise 60k dose be increased? Request you to advice. Thank you.

How to detect bone related cancer.. just a check up only.. my doctor was saying it was costochondritis. but still wanted to do the cancer check as the pain is repeating aftr a month or 2. already took other many tests i have low vit D and b12.
