Radiating pain...neck severe...sometimes hand only left part .. ... any treatment except surgery...pls guide here

My child is 2 years old. He has Knock knee. Will he get all right. Will he get operated to be correct.

From morning i am having pain on top of my right foot (middle area of foot) pain is more when walking also tender to touch. I tired to keep ice but keeping ice is increasing the pain.

Few month ago suddenly I slipped on hard floor and later some time I started feeling pain in my right buttock and right leg calf and my right calf start loosing muscle  (no pain in right thigh )I visited the doctor he suggested me MRI of Lumbar spine but it shows nothing and he gave me some medicine but didn't work didn't recover muscle and pain. So kindly help me out of this pain.

I am suffering unbearable pain in knee joints and cold sensations, Doctor prescribed me some test ,I am taking ENZOMAC PLUS else not reliving the pain pls what should I do now Pain more feel when I take rest and in morning after woke up

Does treatment requires if the screening of my whole spine reveals focal hemangioma at C5 vertebra with mild disc bulge at C4-5 & C5-6 level indenting thecal sac? I have constant and extreme lower back pain especially at night due to which I cannot sit for long time and even I cannot sleep due to pain. Is it due to focal hemangioma or due to stress fracture which was also diagonsed 4-5 months back for which I was on complete bed rest for 3 months. After the recovery again similiar pain is affecting on the same areas i.e lower back. I recently got my x ray done for ls spine Ap & Lat and the reports are normal. Please help
