My both lower legs paining..if i press
If i press my muscles of lower legs it pains(from ankle to upper direction ..i.e..back part of my legs)..i was vitamin d medicin n calcium for 6 months..but pain not reduced

Hi, Is there any complain of numbness? Is pain present at all times or its only on pressing? Consult directly so proper history can be taken and appropriate management can be done

Get your self checked for vitamin D levels again arthritis profile and hemoglobin levels. Also assessment of feet legs knee hips and spine would be helpful
