I have been having lower back pain for the last 4,5month, while sitting.changing chair has not been beneficial kindly help

Hi, I had a distal radius fracture last month on 15th July. As I was in Mumbai, I had to get the treatment done in Mumbai. My otthopedist fixed the bones using k wires(2 k wires were inserted). The Dr. Had suggested for removal in 30 days and its near completion. I want to get the wires removed in Pune and get subsequent physiotherapy as I am based out of Pune. Kindly suggest. Anuj

Read my MRI report. 1."Partial discontinuity with hyperintense signal intensity in T2 in proximal part of ACL suggest partial ACL tear. Buckling is seen in PCL which show normal size and signal intensity." 2. Moderate intra articular and peri articular effusion. 3. Marrow contusion at lateral femoral condyle. 4. Soft tissue swelling and edema is seen around the knee joint. My doctor read the report and said don't get panic. He allows me to do all activities. He said the tear is not very much. It healed itself after some times. U can run, cycling now. I will join police next month. What should I do? please tell me.

I have been doing skipping from few weeks now and from few days my ankle started to hurt, there is no swelling from these many days.. should I apply heat or Ice for temporary basis?( I do wear an ankle binder while I do any exercise)

She is suffering from knee pain from almost a year now where when she sits down can't get up instantly and if she stands for long time it pains a lot even gets pain when is sleeping she feels as if her nerves are been pulled from in.

My leg has severe pain especially the join to foot and leg for past two weeks. No swelling. Mostly sever pain comes during evening. I have done gentle massage using moov or amurthanjan but not working. My age is 28 and I am 40kg weight. Pls help

I'm suffering from disc bulging problem since October 2020 and Sciatica since April 2021. I was unable to sit or walk when Sciatica started initially. Then I went for physiotherapy in lockdown for a month. So, I'm able to do normal activities for a short period of time, but if I walk or ride 2 wheeler for long, it again starts pain a lot. One of the doctor said to get the surgery done since there is severe nerve compression due to disc bulge after reading the MRI reports. Please suggest what to do. I'm attaching my MRI report.

My right foot hurts alot the tendon back of the foot is the problem it's paining, I can't even walk properly, I'm limping

Hello Sir/Ma'am, I have a L5-S1 disc bulge due to which I get back pain when I sit for long hours like 2/3 hours but the biggest problem I am facing right now is that I have Front Thigh Nerve pain(both legs) little bit more in my right leg than left. Doctors say that my front thigh nerve pain is due to my disc bulge, I don't know whether it is due to sciatica or femoral nerve or peripheral neuropathy. Couple of months back I had severe thigh nerve pain than I did NCV and EMG test and I was diagnosed with peripheral neuropathy than again after sometime I did both tests again and it said that there is no detection of peripheral neuropathy. My symptoms are when I stand, sit or walk for a long time say 40/50 minutes I get irritation in my front thigh, I get little bit of thigh nerve pain, sometimes I get weird sensations like I can feel my thigh nerves while walking and also my thigh muscles feel loose when I walk. My question is- Is this sciatica, peripheral neuropathy or femoral nerve?
