Sure Take anti-inflammatory tablets + muscle relaxants Followed by Physio which should include core strengthening exercises

Hi,use medication for atleast ten days course if you have pain Avoid bending and lifting weights Take proper bed rest for 2-3 wks As a young patients there are high chances of getting recover at early period Can take physiotherapy if pain persists
