Pain in knee
Hi Doctor, To summarise the issue, my mom had an accident long back in 1989 where she had fell off the scooter and hurt her knee, when asked if she had a fracture then she mentioned they hadn't consulted a doctor and it was fixed on its own. Because of this incident probably her knee always pains when the climate changes to monsoon or winter seasons. Post the vaccination she we see that the knee pain has increased and she limps a bit while walking. I have got an x-ray done, could you further advice what can be done to cure the pain? Also can physiotherapy be advised? Attached are the initial reports and xray image for further reference. Regards and thanks in advance!

the knee pain has nothing to do with the vaccination but more to do with the rest that she is taking and getting up from lower heights with effort. the muscles of the leg get progressively weaker, and they feel challenged while getting up from sitting, making them fatigued and leading to patellofemoral (knee cap) pain and the limp. Get Xray both knees skyline view.
Next Steps
ask her to sit on taller heights for all purposes, take frequent breaks from work & rest, do stretching exercises.
