After that I'm regularly having lower back pain sometimes mild sometimes bit acute. When I do rest or sleep during night it doesn't accur but during the day it aggravate. I have done vitamin d and vitamin b12 test as well. Vitamin d is 10 and vitamin b12 is 229. I have taken medicine as well it's still there.

It's seems you have back ache with radiculopathy. You have vit d deficiency and b12 is in lower range. It may take some time to replenish the deficiencies.
Next Steps
you should consult to orthopedic doctor consistently for better results
Health Tips
you should avoid forward bending (without flexing knees) and  heavy weight lifting. physiotherapy of lower back under supervision can help.
