Lower back pain reaching to legs.
I sat on floor for around 2-3 hours twice within a gap of 1 week. When is sat on floor I was having lower back pain. I was around a month back. After that I'm regularly having lower back pain sometimes mild sometimes bit acute. When I do rest or sleep during night it doesn't accur but during the day it aggravate. I have done vitamin d and vitamin b12 test as well. Vitamin d is 10 and vitamin b12 is 229. I have taken medicine as well it's still there.

Hi, This might be due to compression of nerve in your back Is there any complain of numbness in your legs? Consult directly for further work up and management

It's seems you have back ache with radiculopathy. You have vit d deficiency and b12 is in lower range. It may take some time to replenish the deficiencies.
