Pain in right side lower back frm 3 days
Been facing a lot of pain in lower back from 3 days consulted many doctors they said it's due to some nerve or muscular have been pressed and suggested for physio and other therapy and all so what I can do to instantly cure lower back pain

Some assessment should be done before answering this, but to get some relief from the muscular spasm the following things may help: 1) Rest - absolutely important 2) Anti inflammatory and muscular relaxant medications 3)Avoiding any physical activity that involves bending and lifting.
