I'm a regular gym goer and lifting weights but today and in the last week I felt a minor pain while lifting weight ..it happens today also while performing squats..I'm lifting the weight according to my strength then also today I fell this problem..
Now it's somewhere ok ok..like jab m niche baith k uppr uth rha hu Tb bohot minor sa pain jaise kuch stretch ho rha ho..aisa feel ho rha h...
Pls tell me about this..and yes as i'm a gym goer so can u pls tell if I need some joint support tabs in my daily routine?
