Post meniscus surgery
Hello doctor..i did an arthoscopy meniscus repair on my right knee...in my summary it's written that stitched with Fibre wire and AIR done inside..8-9 weeks days i was in bed and with crutches... After that i started walking by landing full foot and without crutches.. after 11 weeks i started climbing staircase... my query is after started walking with full foot and climbing stairs in the injury area it feels like something is pinching and i feel ah uneasy feel there with pain...its feel like injecting 20 needles ..why is that feel .. And whether my meniscus will be normal as before after 6 months...

Kindly consult your doctor who operated on you. Physiotherapy will help you. Gradual return to usual activities is the dictum. This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. However I would like to examine & investigate you  in detail. -Control  Hypertension, Diabetes or  metabolic disorder, if there is any. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. --. Keep s pillow under the knee. --. Avoid painful acts & activities. --. Fomentation with warm water.
