Post K wire removal
I had under gone a k wire surgery in my right hand ring finger and pinky finger. Now the k wires removed and I opened the dressings today. The fingers are swelling and are stiff. How to restore the finger movement and remove the swelling.

Try contrast bath where you will dip your hand alternatively in hot and cold water for 3 minutes each. Try range of movement exercises to decrease stiffness. If your finger movements doesn't improve then consult a physiotherapist who will help you out with your movements and swelling.
