Patellar Tendinosis
I suffer from Patella Tendinosis from last 2 years. Have seen a dozen Doctors and an equal number of physiotherapist, spent half my fortune but to no avail. Looking for an expert who has treated or helped treat the condition. Not looking for cold and hot fomentation and general replies. An expert opinion on calculated eccentric loading programme or something really substantial. I shall be grateful if someone who has real knowledge and understanding of how debilitating this condition is and has something concrete to offer replies. I can travel to any part of India for getting some help. Again not interested in general replies.

2 years of suffering is really a long time. You need to get yourself checked physically. Xray/ ct scan/mri will help in decision making. After all this your treatment plan can be proposed.

I would suggest you get checked physically and get the needed CT Scan and MRI of knee. Standing X ray scannogram.
Health Tips
Sometimes rest and PRP work. Sometimes surgery does more harm than benefit.
