My mom is suffering frm back pain past few days she had already consulted orthopedic for bones and she had no issues but still she has a back pain and cannot bend or pick up anythngs fallen down she is not even able to walk coz of her pain.. her back pain is exactly at the center middle part(spinal cord) kindly please suggest me some tips or medicines or anythng related to exercise if any or diet plan
