Back pain mainly lower and right leg.
Few days back I sat on floor for 2-3 hours because of pooja at my home. I vas having back pain after the same. I have consulted orthopedic. And have done vitamin d, b12, TSH test, createnin test done. Vitamin d is 10, b12 is 229 and TSH is 5.86. though my t3 and t4 is in normal range. I'm on medication. Please advise further

Get your spine hip and leg muscles and alignment of spine assesed. If needed a few x rays would be done and Vitamin D seems to be low so correct that and other nutritional supplements. Start physiotherapy and exercises according to the assessment.
