Please share your MRI of lumbar spine. Physio and muscle strengthening exercises might help. Drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration because dehydrated disc is more prone to injury or buldge.

Hi, your symptoms are suggestive of compression of nerve root in the lower lumbar region due to ?disc prolapse. Do you have any numbness or weakness in the legs? Do you have burning while passing urine? Are you able to hold urine? If yes to these questions, you need evaluation by examination by a spinal surgeon with possible MRI scan as well.
Next Steps
Please visit local hospital as early as possible.
