Lumbarisation of S1 is a normal variation seen in the general population and not the cause of your Back & leg pain
Pls get MRI LS SPINE with whole spine screening done
Pain in pelvic region while passing urine can be related to Urinary infection or gynaecological problem
For further plan of treatment and assessment can get in touch with me for online consultation on Practo

Hi, your symptoms are suggestive of compression of nerve root in the lower lumbar region due to ?disc prolapse.
Do you have any numbness or weakness in the legs? Do you have burning while passing urine? Are you able to hold urine? If yes to these questions, you need evaluation by examination by a spinal surgeon with possible MRI scan as well.
