Hi Have been experiencing severe to niggling pain originating from the shoulder blades to the elbow of my left arm due to this i have numbness, tingling in entire left hand , also feel the grip is not that strong , Please advise what should I do

I have always had varicose veins but now want it treated. Please help. My body skin is thin so veins are visible on arms and chest

Please find attached here with my Sister's MRI What treatnent should be done in this regard? If Yoga or any other treatment is possible please suggest.

I'm geting shoulder pain everytime I give a little stress: writing for sometime, cutting strong vegetables, or even painting for a while. Two years back when I faced a similar issue, I was told that it's a deficiency of vitamin d and b12. I do shoulder & arm exercises intermittently to relieve this pain. Please advise.

On 19 june 2021 I fall on the floor and there was an injury on left hand near my wrist and I have plaster on my left hand. After completion of 20 days of plaster there is no recovery of my pain. I am having planter fasciitis from past 2 years.i do stretching exercises daily I stay at home only but my pain is not going and now I am getting leg muscles stiffness and cramps also.
