Bone & Muscle problems

I feel pain on my right knee upon walking for 2-3 km or keep bending for longer period. My left knee is perfectly fine.

My joints make sound when i move them... but it doesn't pain and there is no swelling... please suggest something to get rid of that sound... should i take ibuprofen 400 ? please help

A I'm 20 yaers old, some people says that height can not be increase after 20 year this is true or not, if not true please tell me how to increase my height without medicine I mean can i increase its by doing exercise

While playing football i got hit hard below the knee on the bone more than year ago the swelling and pain all went way in 1 week or two. But now after 1.5 years when i put pressure on one foot it has a pain here sharp pain. Can i apply parafin wax at home. My mom got a parafin wax treatment for hairline fracture. Can parafin wax be used at home?

Hi, I'm experiencing pain in my right elbow joint. At rest i feel a slight numbness or stiffness in joint. On movement, at certain angles i get pain. On lifting objects, heavier the object more intensely i get the pain. I didnt had any injuries there. I think this is casued by my phone usage. I'm addicted to my phone. I believe this is casued by my prolong phone usage. Please advise. Thank you!

I had an injury couple of months ago in my left wrist. It was more of a sprain. I still feel the pain and I can't move my wrist freely. Effected area is one and a half inch below the wrist joint in left hand. I tried applying sprays etc but to no effect.

Hello My ankle had twisted a week back however I was all fine no pain just a swelling but from last evening it's swollen up ,No pain...photo attached ..I walk walk but little discomfot and mild pain ignorable pain...but swollen up kindly advise.is it emergency should I consult doctor immediately.
