Running daily
In the morning I go for running and run for 4 kilometres. I return to my home after an hour After having bath, breakfast I start my work but as soon as I do so, throughout the day I feel lathergic, sleepy, dizzy and because of this my productivity at my work is detroriarating. As this is been a week ever since I included running as my part my regime I have been facing this turmoil also severe shin pain and aches. Please suggest me should I need to omit the running from my routine or continue? Also I am preparing for civil services so physical examination is a must. I have also read enormous benefits of running daily so would like to know is that really true because more than benefit I see lots of disadvantages Kindly suggest here

Hi Running is a good physical activity. But when ever you start exercising newly it will take some time for your body to get used to the new activity. And you need to warm up and do stretching before your workout. And start with a shorter distance and gradually increase. More over u need adequate sleep every day approximately 7-8 hours and a regular sleeping pattern.
Next Steps
Start with warm up and stretching exercise. Start with shorter distance and gradually build up
