Continuous shin pain while running
I am undergoing a physical training in an academy, where I have to run continuously 4 rounds (1 round is 400m). Issue is with me that I want to run more but due to shin pain , I can't run after few metres. What I do then , I stop , run and then stop. Even if I am not tired, I have to stop because of shin pain;  my shoes and way of running are all good I want to get rid of this pain, it's not like that I am running after so long, it has been three weeks and earlier also I observed that shin pain is the biggest obstacle in my continuous running. I have tried few remedies also but it didn't work, so I want a good treatment for same. Plz help me as it affects my running every time. Even if I have been running for long, that pain still affects me, it does not go away.

Firstly you have to check whether you have any foot pathology like flat foot, if yes then proper footwear is must. Second clinical examination is must in these cases If there is severe pain you have to do MRI also
Next Steps
Stop running for a while
