I am undergoing a physical training in an academy, where I have to run continuously 4 rounds (1 round is 400m). Issue is with me that I want to run more but due to shin pain , I can't run after few metres. What I do then , I stop , run and then stop. Even if I am not tired, I have to stop because of shin pain; my shoes and way of running are all good I want to get rid of this pain, it's not like that I am running after so long, it has been three weeks and earlier also I observed that shin pain is the biggest obstacle in my continuous running.
I have tried few remedies also but it didn't work, so I want a good treatment for same. Plz help me as it affects my running every time. Even if I have been running for long, that pain still affects me, it does not go away.
