Walking Vs Running - long run benefits
I like running, I run 8 KM per day in the morning. I always get mixed reviews on running vs walking. Is running good considering long term impact? Will running cause any damage to knees in the long run ? Is brisk walking better than running? Please suggest, Thank you

There is no harm to knees while running.. In long run it helps your knees to become more strong..

Running can injured your knee and as-well it also cause early arthritis So brisk walking is always preferable
