Knee pain while running o
Hi, When I run on treadmill, I feel really bad knee ache at the joints, I dont wish to stop running. Pl suggest a remedy.

According ur age tk a check up VitD and calcium levels and avoid 2 days treadmill tk rest for further better walk. Nw muscle also strain full tk muscle relaxant and heat fermentation with rest time then start gradually process

Hello as u did not mentioned u r weight and height.....still i suggest u do not stop to run on treadmill but pain in knee joints will reduce u r performance.....so..pain in knee due to weakness of knee extensors....ie.quadriceps muscles.. i think u should strengthen them through weighted cuff at ankle and extend u r knees 20 to 30 times twice or thrice a day....and do some closed chain excs ..like squatting ....doing dynamic is aerobics only but for joint stability u have to do ..wt. bearing excs...on joints......tc
