I have got slight hip pain after lifting the bed storage to pick up stuff. Any suggestions to do at home.

I am having wrist problem in bending. When i does the mri it found dorsal ganglion cyst 8*8*4. What should be the treatment now ?? As currently doctor was saying wrist tendonitis and i am on the treatment of the same. But medicines were not working

Boxing fracture found in right hand upper side in small finger.it was hair line fracture. As per doc suggestions 3 week pop plaster,after that they told to make heat up with sline water. Now pain is very less, but still swelling is there. How much time this will take to recover, and feel normal.

Hi Doctor, I'm an IT guy who is working in IT field for more than 7 years. Last one week I'm facing severe back neck pain and both shoulders pain. Sometimes it leads to back side headache too. I don't have any injuries and medical history. Went to Physiotherapy for few days, but still same pain exists. Need your kind help to suggest some cure to this. Ideally pain increase after wake-up and evening post work.

My husband is suddenly started experiencing pain below his right knee, around the top of the shin bone. The pain started after banging his knee against the table while he was trying to get up from the chair. The pain is persistent and is aggravated on movement. There's some swelling that reduces with icing. Could you help understand what it could be and what should be done?
