Swelling in Right Side of Waist
Hi,
I have intense pain in the right side of my waist and also the area has got swelling. It is bulging out. Last year I had hairline hip joint fracture on the right side but then I recovered well. So is previous fracture have any relation with the ongoing pain? 2-3 months before I got my Xray done and there was no fracture seen. I m experiencing sharp pain the right waist which is stopping me to sit for long. Pls help with the solution.

Leg ache and tightness
It was July 2021 when I started experiencing leg pain that too below knee (in the calves). If I used to sit in the thunderbolt position then when stretched, calves used to pain a lot. I started massaging daily so it vanished.
I also started exercising thrice a week.
Now in August 2021, I climbed 10 floors using stairs and after a day or so, I had severe knee and calves pain. I was not able to stand at one go after sitting for long. It used to pain in the knee and calves in the first few steps of the walk. Also, after waking up in the morning, I could not stretch my leg and walk, it used to pain but the pain subsided after the day began. It went like this for a week or so.
Now, again in September 2021, I am facing the same pain. Cant stand/walk properly after my legs are at rest (sleeping, sitting) for a long time. First few steps of the walk are difficult. Also, the muscles of the knee, calves tightens and feels very heavy. Massages are not working. Please suggest course of action.

सिकाई और व्यायाम surgery ke बाद
I have gone through a joint elbow surgery, exray is atteched, now stitches removed but i cant bend my wrist /arm as it was before operation. I do some exercise. Plz suggest me what types of exercise should i do and सिकाई गरम पानी (सेंधा नमक मिलाकर ) /ice से कैसी करनी है या कोई और तरीका हो सिकाई, व्यायाम और jo भी suggest करें,.. Diet मे कोई change करना हो.. वो भी suggest कर दीजिये..

Sciatica for more than a 45 days
I have been diagnosed with sciatica (presumably due to lifting weights in wrong position)
First I went to ortho who gave me muscle relaxer and painkillers for 28 days.
But since there was less relief I shifted to homeopathy. It has been better for last 7 days but the pain comes and goes through out the day.
Usually the pain is in upper left hip, left side slightly above the ankle and when I get up from squat position slightly on the upper side of the back of left knee (thigh). The highest degree of pain is around the ankle whenever it comes.
I perform few exercises like leg raises, bhujangasan, superman as suggested by the ortho doctor once in a day.
Do I need to perform any scan or will this sciatica go away in few days.
Does walking help? I don't walk ideally due to nature of my work. But I have been performing my daily routine tasks normally
What period does sciatica lasts?
Are there any more exercises which will help?

I need some information on locomotor disability. Is there any treatment of it? Will it be carried to the next generation? I mean the children from a locomotive disabled mother, will have any impact of it?

Shoulder pain and sublaxation...
I'm facing problem of shoulder pain ... And had partial shoulder dislocations... Now I'm having bad shoulder pain.. My Doctor said I have rotator cuff weakness so he gave some medicine and rotator cuff strengthening exercises... And doctor said try medicine and exercise for 1 month.. If it will not improve they you may need surgery ( lacroscoy) .. *my mri and x ray attached* ... Plz help what should I do to avoid surgery..

Popping/Cracking sound in back
When everywhere I fold my legs while I'm lying on the ground( by fold I mean my knee points upwards to the ceiling) and when I make my left leg straight there is a popping/cracking sound in my lower back, there is no pain though, I noticed it today when I was doing my upper abs exercise and core abs exercise.is it any nothing to worry about?

Nerve Pain
Nerve Pain in both hands, chest, neck,face and back and going down to groin region.
It's mostly seen with down neck position for long time(i.e. when using mobile). Aur when stretching neck and upper body.
