When I am sitting or sleeping and after that starts walking then right leg above the heel bone from bottom side. It seems that sewer mussel tissues are torn apart. And not able to walk properly for sometime. But after some time no pain. On the same point when I press hard by my thumb then also pain is there. Please explain about it. And which doctor should I show.

Hi,
Your heel pain is very common.
Plantar fascitis is the likely cause.
Also you need to check vitamin d and b12, chances are high that they will.be low .
Use contrast bath technique for your feet, daily twice. Google it.
Also apply diclo gel and massage and stretch your soles. And while sleeping keep leg elevated on a pillow.
Get Vitamin d and b12 injections and your pain will reduce in a week.
Ordinary painkillers also help during this time.
