When will i expect my periods after Having withdrawal bleeding for 5days? I take unwanted 72 pill on 14th September n get withdrawal bleeding on 19th September and my cycle end on 02october..what i didn't get my periods??

I have started walking for an hour daily or minimum 10000 steps. Since 12 days i haved started this regime half hour walking two times a day. But my knee is having pain after that. I had pain in my left knee before also sometime when i climb stairs. But not very frequent. Now i have knee pain which is persistent. I dont knw what to do. Knee is making crackling sound also when i my moving it. Like krrr...krrr. what to do. ?? Pls help. I dont want to stop my walking.

Before a month I travelled almost 16 hours straight in 2 consequestive days in car..I hv a habit of sitting with folded legs in car..after this travelling there is mild pain in knee..when i try jump or if there is pressure on that leg it hurts alot..i can't even walk properly with both legs... Is it necessary to do xray or it will go with rest??

I have fibromylagia whole body pain i took pregalin with prothiaden, neurobion forte, diclofenac 50 mg but not relief. Still whole body inflammation and pain. Which medicine or pain killer should i take. Can u suggest

Last 5days getting pain in right hip. There was a sprain suddenly while I was trying to stand after sitting for puja. Now I am unable to stand for more than 5 minutes.

Washing vessels on sink triggers sciatica for me, it's been 3 days the pain is still exsists, I go for walking +minimal exercise Is there any cure for it? Do I need to just rest or walking really helps? Thank you so much 🙏

Why pain recurrent inspite whole body test. Sometimes mild and other time severe many painkiller taken. Can i take mobizox in severe instead ultracet.I can not live in too much AC or heat. It effect my life a lot.
