Bone & Muscle problems

I have noticed a small bump on my left hand right below the palm on the left side. The bump is hard and feels like bone or cartilage. It is completely painless and I have no movement issues. The bump is bothering me as my right hand doesn't have such a bump. I have attached a photo for reference.

My mother is 66 years old. She has onesided weakness since many years. It never got cured even consulting doctors several time. When she  started complining severe pain in the knee two days ago, I too her to orthopedic. Xray shows she has the  spine bent sideways. Ortho said that was causing the pain in the knee and other symtoms like numbness, one sided weakness from shoulder to foot. She is under medication currently. What this condition called? Can this be permanently cured? What can I do to make her have normal life?

As for the internal medicine specialist there are some early osteoarthiritic changes in my mothers knee joints..what happens to a 60 year old happened to my mother at age of 50. She does not have any pain regularly but she has always been adviced not to bend too much or sit on knees in past 10 years...the condition is not that much worse to warrant joint replacement...otherwise she is okay. To increase cartilage of joints, i want to give her glucosamine or chondroin sulfate Please tell me best supplement...there is tendofit which  Only has chondroin sulphate  And there is supplement named jointace Which contains glucosamine. Some supplements come containing both and some only one.. Tendofit only contains 200mg of chondroin sulphate and Glucosamine in market starts from 500mg and goes upto 1500mg. Should i use both or one at a time. What dosage and for how long to see any results. Chondroin sulphate supplements also contain collagen peptides

Scan report attached. Please suggest do we need to go for surgery or any other way. Report says comminuted displaced fracture of right acetabulum with extension into the superior pubic ramus. Need second opinion.my uncle is in hospital from 10 days on bed rest

Hello doctor..i twisted my right knee few months ago .. i have an meniscus tear ..so i undergone surgery.. my bucket handle tear was sutured and AIR Done...now it's about 16 weeks post op .still i am continuing my knee strengthening exercises daily 1-1.15 hr.. There is some discomfort feel still in the knee...my query is "when i can feel my knee normal".."when the pain will completely reduce while bending the knee towards inside"...main thing is when can i drive a bike ...

I did an arthoscopy meniscus repair on my right...its been 15 weeks...i am doing pysiotherapy exercises for 1 hr daily . yesterday while doing exercise i feel some popping with pain on above the bone of knee cap (top side of the thigh above knee)...i felt that as normal... but after that my knee becoming red and i feel an burning sensation on the knee...why is like that..is that normal. I fell an different feeling in the knee...

Patient's history : 1) past ankle injuries(15years ago) 2 ) moderate anemia was diagnosed 3) hyperthyroidism but not taking mediction regularly She have left ankle swelling resulting from past ankle injuries(accident)  , no pain , no redness , no bleeding , no bruise , just dense when palpate , no joint movement limitation , what possible diagnosis is that ?

I am suffering from knee joints pain from 3 months , I have consulted rheumatologist, my all blood test Bs, RA,ESR,CRP,LFT,CPK,ANTI TTG,ANTI CCP ,URIC ACID ,HLAB27,ENA Profile was quite negative, only ANA was positive in low titre 1:100 and 1:200 homogeneous pattern, then I test bone scintigraphy ( triple phase whole body bone scan ) blood test have repeated two times ,else my knee joints pain not relived, I want to know MRI is better than bone scintigraphy to rule out arthritis In last 3 months I have no swelling no redness only pain Vit d was 19 Vit b12 475 Continue taking weekly lumia 60 k weekly What should I do ?

Good day, I have been advised to take Collagen peptide Kolabos 1 sachet daily in morning and glucoseamine 1500 mg daily in evening for post trauamatic arthritic knee pain.My query is is that not like taking too many heavy supplements in a day.Should i be taking only one at a time?Are there any side effects of it?

Hlw sir/ma'am , I am Arun ,22 yrs old and wants to join defence and my height is 168cm and I want it to cross 170cm .just need 3 cm . Is it possible to grow at this age .
