Bone & Muscle problems

I am suffering from back pain since 2013. Got treatment from many doctors, they tried their best heavy pain killers, multi vitamins, steroids etc but no results. MRI shows Problem in L4 L5 S1. I also took physiotherapy it gave me releif, i am 70 % cured from L4 L5 S1 but at present there is pain which originates from right hand side Hip and goes to right leg , this pain looks like stubborn. Stiffness and weakness in whole lower back . From 2013 till now i faced a lot, I am tired from all of this. Is there any doctor who can accept this challenge with 100 perecent responsibility?? If any please answer me, i will be be thankful.

I had a fracture on 18th Aug. Got the hard cast done and kept it for 40 days. I have attached both the x-rays. It's been 20 days that got the cast removed and taking physiotherapy sessions. But i still feel the pain. Have taken Aceclofinac 200 mg for 10 days. And Aceclofinac 100 mg for another 5 days. It pains while walking. What is lacking. How can i get back to my normal walk. Should i use compression socks?

Diagnosed with a pcl ligament hat is 50% stretched but not torn. Orthopedic mentioned it could heal since stretched ligaments heal while torn ligaments need surgery. Adviced rest with a knee brace for 4 weeks. 1. Will knee be back to 100% of what it was pre injury? No other injuries noticed 2. There is slight fluid collection noted in the knee with mild swelling. He has given anti inflammatory medication. 3. What precautions should i take during the next few weeks w.r.t how I walk, sit, etc He has not suggested any ice pack, etc

Writing this on behalf of my mother. She has been suffering from lower back pain and acute knee pain. Dr has prescribed her just pain killers in both tablet (Acenac MR) and injection form. She suffered severe loose motion for 5 days and became too weak. She discontinued her pain killer tablet and her stomach condition improved but the joint pain resumed. She is currently having Ostocalcium as a supplement and taking heat therapy. Can she take hyaluronic acid supplements?

I had an osteotomy of the right knock knee 3 months ago on 2nd July. Now doctors told me some partial weight-bearing walking and some physiotherapy exercises.
