Fall from stairs
I hit hard and fall from stairs .i went in emergency in hospital they took xray and nothing came up. And they said it is muscle pain it should go off in 2 3 days. But my left side of hip and back when i take turn to sleep ,when i move my legs while sleeping, when I bend it pains a lot. Horrible.. As if something in my left hip and back is tearing something.

If it's very very bad pain, get MRI done. If it's tolerable pain, get vitamin B12 and D levels checked, if low the pain will not go. Get vitamin injections and pain will go. Use heat packs, apply diclo gels, use massage If not helping consult any ortho

Hello I understand that you are in a lot of pain but can you please provide the x-ray images a better evaluation. Do you have any pain when you're standing in when you're walking? Do you have any pain in your bank that is the spine area?
