Is it necessary to take Rabraprazole before taking any NSAID? Also, please do recommend best analgesic for my hip pain. I am a patient of Ankylosing Spondylitis with chronic pain near right groin region.

It is better to avoid any of the ppi if you can tolerate NSAID.

You will do well in Mukherjee regimen treatment for your ankylosing spondylitis. Rabeprazole isn't the only drug. You can take any antacid if you are on nsaids for long periods like many weeks. Pirox DT is a good analgesic in my practice
