Bone & Muscle problems

Doctor I had knee Injury 10 days back . Did Xray and MRI . Doc said very mild inflammation in soft tissue of femoral medical condyle and prescribed Etoricoxib 60mg for 5 days . Doctor I had history of gastritis and duodenal ulcer in 2019 and HP was eradicated. Now I'm scared to take Etoricoxib 60mg . My knee is hurting and I'm in excruciating pain even high dose tramadol is not helping even 1%. I took Etoricoxib 60mg with esomeprazole 40mg (before breakfast and dinner) now I'm very scared of ulcer issue . How can I prevent it ?

My mother in law has constant pain in her bones from past one year. I guess it is calcium deficiency. Please recommend some good supplements. She doesnt want to take pills.

My mom has arthritis in her left knee for the past 5 years. She started having muscle pain from lower right  Hip area to right knee recently(3/4days). Due to festival she has been standing for long hours without food in the mornings. Please  prescribe medicine for the pain Should she be attending any physiotherapy for this pain ? Thank you

In mid of may, 1 day i was very excited to go to play football but while suddenly changing direction, I land one foot and hear a pop sound. And after that i was unable to walk properly for 1,2 days and unable to bear weight on my leg then my father bring who has some knowledge in joints but isn't a doctor, he make me lie on bed and pull my leg with sudden jerk. Suddenly After that i was able to bear weight on my injured leg but pain was still there, but i thought I was fit to play again but after that for 1 month while playing  my leg in certain position experience extreme pain that i have to lie down, so. I went to doctor after 1 month my mc Murray test was + but lochman test - and he advise me to not play for a month so i did., then after 1 month when I again go to play I experience that same with pop sound(not doing any serious turn) and it was same as first time. The pain also go away with time as now I have not been play. For mont. plz tell is this acl tear can i play again??

I am a software developer. So I had to sit on the chair for a long time. I am experiencing lower back strain suddenly which last for 1 sec and then am fine. Frequency may be once in two days. It started after this work from home, earlier while working in office I never had such issues. Mostly because the chair which I used was not good in the beginning. Pls suggest.

Every Morning wake time she had a back Pain. And can't wake up later she used an ointment and they relax.

Hi for last 2 weeks have pain in right armpit radiating down to arm and fingers (feel numb) also feel it in side ribs and back. Had breast ultrasound just 2 months back which was all clear. Visited breast surgeon who said is muscle spasm and gave Myospaz Forte but not much relief. No problem at night but morning as soon activity starts pain comes. Can a muscle strain/spasm last for so long ? No lumps felt in breast or armpit.

This is my mri report my orthodontist suggests surgery i would like to know what other options i have?
