Sir my problem is my bones make noises especially when my knee band. or sometimes my ankle. there is no pain. but sometimes my left leg knee back and side make not comfortable. sir i have no pain in leg. sir suggest some medicine or exercise. to cure permanently

I had osteotomy of my right knee on 2bd july; about 18 weeks ago . Now doctors told me to walk with a stick . What type of stick should I use: single leg or 4 leg walking stick? Please let me know because I have to start walking with stick from next week

Hi am having pain in butt lock n not able to sit long.i The pain started after I fell down on my butts .it has been a year now.i did x-ray n xray report fine.i also had medication for 2 months.it was fine then.again I got the pain and it radiates down to my knees n feet.i have no problem doing any exercise or while climbing stairs with certain stiffness in the spine and pelvic bones.am afraid is it spondylitis?
