OSTEOPOROSIS
I have been detected with osteoporosis in the BMD scan  done. Pain in knees while sitting in toilet. Already taking calcium and vitamin D but no improvement .I don't know what to do very scared .bcoz everyday I have so much work .

Hello Kindly provide your Bmd report for further evaluation. When is the knee pain more only on squatting or in climbing stairs also?
