COVID 19 effects on wound
My husband had local muscle flap surgery for his leg fracture on 21st Dec and wound is healing now, in this scenario of he gets infected by covid 19, what adverse effects can happen, please suggest

Even with a vital infection, wound healing may get slowed but won't stop. A bacterial infection can cause problems in wound healing. Make sure your vitamin d and b12 levels are good. And do take vitamin c tablets to hasten healing.

Covid 19 won’t affect wound healing directly Keep the nourishment proper with high protein intake and micronutrients and all will be well Stay safe and relaxed
