Routine clicking is normal and can come and go on any person. Especially when changes happen in the body due to muscle and tendon position changes while exercising or workouts.
If there is pain along with it then you need to get evaluated for any minor tears in the soft tissues of the shoulder.
In your case you should be fine if you take some vitamin d and b12 injections. They help healing of minor injuries which could be your cause.

Hello.
Do you have any pain rather than the feeling that you described in your left shoulder?
Since you are a right-handed person and are using right hand very frequently the dominant right it is usual that the muscles on the right side would be better developed than the left following which you might be noticing some changes. Do you have any trouble using your left arm what do you or any problem performing certain activities?
