I started playing badminton after long time. When I try to hit the shuttle hard my lower bicep starts aching. I do warm ups and stretches, but still lower part of bicep (little above the elbow) starts aching. Because of which I lose strength to hold the racquet. The pain vibrates down till the end of the arm (palm). If I rest the pain reduces completely with out taking any medicine. The next day again pain is back if I start hitting the shuttle hard again.
