Knee discomfort after playing badminton
I'm playing badminton since few months but past 3 weeks I'm facing knee and ankle pain in both legs. I consulted a ortho doctor and took blood samples and got a confirmation from him that everything looks normal. He examined my leg by pressing and rotating and said no major issues and it could be due to over stressing muscles. He prescribed few vitamin tablets carnitab e and dianerve for 10 days and asked me to stop playing for 10 days. Pain in left leg completely gone but right leg had a slight discomfort while walking or standing. After 5 days I tried to play with my new comfortable shoe I bought to avoid knee pain then the pain due to playing is not there but still my right leg is not completely cured. I'm keeping ice pack 3 times a day for 5 mins. What should I do to completely get my right leg cured? If I need to do any stretch or strengthening what should it be?

Better if you can do mri of knee as pain is there after medicine which is sign of internal injury. We can pick up it early by mri
