Twisted my left ankle while playing badminton last evening, it is swollen but I can walk with a limp.
Does not seem too bad as I can even stand on it and move it a bit but there is a distinct swelling on the left side of the left ankle.

There seems to be a ligament sprain thats is that the ligament which connects your bones is partially damaged
Next Steps
Apply ice 4 times a day for 10 min
Do not walk more that required
Apply crepe bandage or an ankle binder
Take chymoral forte twice a day after food for 3 days
Any painkiller which suits you

Ap lateral and mortise
If no relief
