Pain behind the right knee sometimes
It's been more than 3 months, I started gym  cycling at home.Obe month earlier, I developed pain on right leg, particularly on the calf or a little  behind the knee. The pain stopped without cycling for few days.  I continued cycling but not everyday, like 4-5 days in a week. There are now intermittent pain on the same area of the lag, which appears sometimes and goes away on its own. Kindly tell me is it because of lack of physical activity or should I stop cycling. I did not do cycling for last 3 days, and all of a sudden today I felt pain in same area of leg for sometimes. Now, I did cycling for 40 mins with an average of 30kms/hr, I did not feel any pain

Strange right? Sometimes it pains and other times it doesn't. Chances are your body is low in vitamins d and b12, get checked and take injectable supplement. These pains are due to poor healing process under low vitamin levels in the body. Once corrected they heal and pains go. Avoid exercise if it pains during exercise. Use heat packs , apply diclo gels and massage area

Hello I suggest you get your vitamin d and calcium profile done. Kindly describe the pain which you're suffering from and does it come on any other activities other than cycling? It would also be advisable for you to reduce your weight by involving in activities other than cycling presently.
