Tailbone Pain from last 3 months
I'm experiencing tailbone pain since last 3 months. Consulted a doctor in Hydarabad & he gave "Trabest" & "Enzoflam" gel & some exercises. But, these are not able to help. I am also using doughnut shaped cushion for sitting (I have a straight 7-8 hours of sitting job). Pls recommend what should be my next steps

Consult a physiotherapist and learn proper stretching and strengthening exercises for ur pelvic musculature, which will stabilize ur tailbone and reduce pain. Efficient therapists can even mobilize tailbone manually. I don't think u can do the exercises by urself unless it is taught by a therapist, or else u will be doing it wrong
Next Steps
consult with a physiotherapist for pelvic floor strengthening exercises

Along with these medications, take physiotherapy treatment in the form of ultrasound. Also apply ice pack for 15 minutes, 3-4 times a day. Continue using doughnut cushion till the pain subsides. If the pain still persists, consult orthopaedician.
Health Tips
Take regular breaks during work. Avoid sitting for long duration.
