Do l5 s1 pars fracture in the lower back will heal on its own? What could be the reason for this though I'm not injured nor I'm a sports person. How serious is this I'm unable to sleep please help doctor

Hello Pars fracture does not mean the fracture as in the common man's language. It usually indicates more often congenital or degenerative changes which occurs in the spine more so the vertebra. So please don't be worried thinking that it's a fracture caused by any trauma. Are you having pain and since when you are suffering from pain?Kindly provide the images of the x-ray.
