Back ache.
Hi sir, My mom is 61yrs old she is suffering from severe back ache and from 1yr she is having spondylitis also. I'm attaching the recent reports of x-ray of lower back. Please help 🙏 Thanks in advance.

There is slight disc space reduction in L5-S1 level. Ask her to do spunk extension exercises daily. Avoid forward bending and lifting heavy things. Review for further opinion

Xray looks fine for her age. Might be some bone loss due to age and menopause. Give her vitamin d and b12  injections if her vitamin D and B12 is low. Get it checked. Give tab Dolo 650 twice a day after food for 3 days and see.. Use heat packs and diclo gels and massage. Add tab ultracet after lunch if pain in really bad.

Hello Apart from back pain dies your mother also have hip and leg pain? Does she experience numbness in her legs?when is the back pain more?
