See we can't blindly follow what's written in a report. Reports are interpretation of 1 person who looks at the mri films. Other doctors can have other interpretation from the same mri. According to the mri you don't have a damaged meniscus so you don't need any surgery. But in real life what do you feel about your knee. Do you feel your knee locks up? Or is unstable? Or doesn't work well enough. If it's too bad that you can't do running etc then you might need re-evaluation of mri and may need some kind of treatment plan possibly Surgery if needed. Also a Note - get vitamin B12 and D levels checked, if low they won't let your body heal. You need injections and your body will start healing itself
Next Steps
get vit D and B12 checked
Health Tips
take injectable supplement if low and take 2nd opinion for mri if needed.

Hello What were your complains previously and do you have any pain in your knee or swelling presently. Does your knee feel normal now or not? The MRI report actually says that you are meniscus are intact with mild inflammation in your popliteal tendon.
Next Steps
It's better to correlate your complaints with the MRI and then to suggest what would be the next best course of action for you.Kindly consult for further queries
