This report is showing grade 1 acl and mild meniscal tear …this would require rest and immobilisation..if there is more swelling or unable to move your limbs please consult a doctor

How old is your injury..?? Mode of Injury..?? Symptoms..?? Nothing Serious in report.... Sprain in ACL Intrasubstance Tear in Meniscus.. Clinical examination is must Avoid Running/Jumping/Squatting.. Get your knee Examined.. Painkiller if required.. Rest Rehab
