MRI - ACL Sprain and knee effusion
Please suggest treatment based on MRI report.Is it just a sprain or a tear.Will knee effusion heal on its own

It should be treated with plaster cast for 3 wks. along with antiinfammatory drugs.  followed by physiotherapy.

Sprain means tear. If you have instability, reconstruction is the answer. If no instability, then wear a knee immobiliser for 6 weeks. Medications like tendocare and enzomac will help

Will get alright. Will require 3 month to heal by itself. Just take care of your knee during healing period.
