Almost flat feet and slight overpronatio
Hi, I think I have a slight overpronation one feet and other is neutral, along with flat to medium arch type. I had a ankle surgery to fit screw which is removed on the neutral pronation feet. I feel mild pain on the sole and arc bones when standing for long or running. I like to run so need to buy a shoe and a casual shoe too. But I want to know if I can do something about the issue. I dont have severe pain but its there specially when I have walked whole day.

You probably have remanent swelling which makes it appear flat due to filled up space. Swelling remains after surgery/injury for many months or year long. Get Vitamin D3 and B12 levels checked and if low then take injections for supplement and your healing will kickstart and pains will go.
Next Steps
take care. use stretches for feet.
Health Tips
consult if needed

Hello Yes you do seem to have a bit of flat foot on the picture. The screw which you have mentioning is Fixed when there is an ankle injury of the ligaments which based on your scar I can make out that you had undergone a surgery for ankle fracture. If you could provide the x-ray before surgery and after surgery the latest x-ray that would be of help.
Next Steps
If you do not how much pain then it is best not to bother. For further evaluation and queries kindly consult
Health Tips
You can try and medial arch Support for your foot in the shoes
